Ladies and Gentlemen....I am proud to announce that i will be cycling in the Cape Argus Cycle Tour! This is one of the most saught after and revereed cycle tours because of the incredable scenic route along the Western Cape. Absolutely stunning! It is 109km long! Yeah baby, you read that right! Ive been training long and hard hours every week and my times are improving considerably and i am hoping to beat Lance Armstrong and leaving him in a trail of my dust by making it to the finish line in 4hours and 30min.
